Can we upgrade the longboard with a cogwheel ?

I saw in the artistery craft 2 items: Longboard and Cogwheel Motor
The cogwheel motor say in the description: "Allow you to upgrade the longboard in artistery workbench" but I don't find any longboard with cogwheel in the said workbench.
Does the cogwheel longboard exist in the game ?

It does exists in this version, and it was disabled because of a bug at launch. But we don't have an ETA on when bug will be fixed, it doesn't seem to be a priority for darus.
