Can't join the discord

I've downloaded the launcher and successfully installed and updated the game, but I need to link my account in the discord. However, every time I try to join the discord, it just says that I can't accept the invite. Any advice?

While I'm not sure if the invite itself was different, and it didn't work just clicking on it, it did give me the idea of copy-pasting the link into discord directly. Strangely enough, that worked. Thank you!
