Implemented Change golden ruin to a warzone

I think it would be nice to be able to gain honor when killing in golden ruins. I feel like the war zone timer for golden ruins should match that of DS. There are already a lot of small skirmishes that take place in Golden and I feel like a lot of people would like to be able to gain honor for those skirmishes.

You're late to this. I've announced it earlier today, it's already planned for Patch 18.
