Things you Should Do Anyways!
- Make sure your Install Directory is on your C: drive if possible and has no spaces in it. ie: C:\Games\ArcheAgeClassic

Add this drive to your exceptions and non-quarantine list for any Firewall/Antivirus Program you Have (And Don't use less than stellar Antivirus programs)
Now then - other commonly asked questions and their solutions! (Account Based)
- When extracting the installer, I get error 0x80004005
- Only use WINRAR or 7zip to extract your installation file
- During the installation, dependencies fail to install
- Press the "close" button and install will resume
- Getting the error: "This app can't run on your PC"
- Contact Support - we will give you an updated Client
- Getting the error: "Kong Error: Too many requests"
- Wait a bit, it means our download servers are being overwhelmed! Give it some time and try again.
- Getting error: "CreateProcess failed; code 740. The requested operation requires elevation."
- Run as Administrator
- Launcher "Failed to Update Game"
- Check to see if your game_pak file has been changed to 4kb, if so, confirm you have removed spaces from your install path and install the game again
- Launcher just disappears when I click play!
- Contact Support an make sure you do not have spaces in your user name
- I'm Using Bitdefender, game still not working!
- Disable Realtime Scanning and Try again
- I'm using ANY sort of Anti-virus and my files end up missing!
- Delete the game files you installed
- Reinstall the game, DO NOT LAUNCH anything after.
- Double click on the shield icon in the bottom right of your task bar (windows defender)
- Select Virus & Threat Protection
- Under Virus & Threat protection settings, click Manage Settings
- Down at the bottom under Exclusions, click Add or Remove Exclusions
- click + Add an Exclusion
- select Folder
- Navigate to the folder you installed your game in, and then click select folder (It should show C:\Games\AAClassic or wherever your install is)
- Run the launcher as administrator
- I'm getting an "Out of Memory" Error when installing!
- Restart your PC once or twice and try again

- Delete the AAClassic folder from your Documents folder and restart
- Make sure there are NO spaces in your install drive
- Make sure you're on DX9
- Install on the C drive only
