queue time

yo, I started playing today and earlier my queue was like 5 minutes to wait for 8 people in front of me. Now im waiting at 3111 for the past twenty and it hasnt moved. Why is there no ETA? Am I literally just waiting for 3111 people to log out so I can get in?
